John has spent the majority of his career (1995-2018) working in the equity research sales divisions of some of the leading investment banks in the country including Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, First Boston, Cowen & Company and Credit Suisse.

He helped open and establish both the DLJ and Cowen offices in Denver.  In 2019 John joined Waypoint Residential,  a vertically integrated real estate investment manager focused on the rental housing sector, focusing on capital raising. He and the Waypoint Capital Markets team joined TSC in December of 2021.

John graduated from the University of Vermont with a BA in Economics and History and holds FINRA series 7, 9, 10 and 63 licenses.
