Projects assessed by banking team. Must have alignment with mandate & key investor criteria, strong financials, clear proposition, large addressable market.
The team performs Initial due diligence after executing NDA’s.
Sales team create initial list of potential investors
Comprehensive due diligence over 6 weeks (all company documents analysed) + initial marketing material for investors.
Lead banker and compliance team sign off on the project DD & marketing material.
Investment committee sign off. Engagement agreement executed.
Project presented to all Registered Representatives and TSA advisors and teach ins are provided by the Banking Team.
Project marketing and capital placement through internal TSC Sales Team and TSA Financial Advisors. Ongoing KYC and OFAC of investors to be conducted by the Compliance Team
