Pearse was raised in County Derry, Ireland and now resides in New York City with his wife.

He played NCAA lacrosse for Palm Beach Atlantic University and is involved with various faith-based organizations such as Creator's Game - a nonprofit organization that teaches lacrosse to children in underserved communities and develops athletes with strong faith and character.

‍

Pearse works from the NYC office, primarily raising capital and sourcing deals. He assists management with a variety of functions including investor relations, technology updates, banking, and diligence. Pearse previously worked as an associate for Merton Capital - a philanthropy firm with a private equity model, advising startups from the 1909 accelerator program, and was a market analyst for a technology firm.

He studied International Business at Palm Beach Atlantic University and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Pearse plays hurling in New York City, trains jiu-jitsu when possible, and visits his home in Ireland whenever he can. He thoroughly enjoys traveling internationally and studying different cultures.
